I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Registered Play Therapist (RPT), and Parenting Coach.

Specialties: I specialize in play therapy for children, 3 - 9 years of age, who are experiencing anxiety and stress, or need help with issues related to adoption, low self-esteem, communication, emotional regulation, and school/daycare challenges.
I also provide parent-child attachment-focused play therapy sessions and TBRI© education.
I offer in-person and virtual counseling for moms who are experiencing anxiety, caregiver/parenting stress and burnout, and need support managing life transitions, such as empty-nesting, and expanding their family through birth or adoption.
Approaches: My approach is based on the needs of my clients. I use Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT) and Mindfulness techniques in my work. In addition, when requested, I offer a nonjudgmental, Christian faith-based perspective, though my services are open to clients of any denomination or background.
Experience: My career spans over three decades, and I have held a variety of roles, including foster care and adoption social worker and administrator, youth autism specialist for vocational rehabilitation, private practice, and parent coach/educator.
